We provide a visual workflow and automation platform, which includes:
Workflow Automation Builder: Connect and automate tasks, triggers, and actions between multiple communication and database systems.
AI & Chatbot Automation: Automated customer interaction services via Web Chatbots, WhatsApp, and integrations with AI models (OpenAI, Ollama, etc.).
Email & Mail Integration: Connect email accounts (including Gmail and Zoho Mail) to trigger or automate email communications.
Document & Invoice Generation: Tools to build custom templates and manually or dynamically generate professional, white-labeled invoices.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including local laws and platforms' respective policies, such as Meta's terms for WhatsApp). You must not:
Use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or databases.
Use any automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform.
Send unauthorized spam, promotional spam, or unsolicited mass messaging via the email or WhatsApp integrations.
4. Service Availability
We strive to keep our services available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend or terminate services at our discretion for maintenance, security, or other reasons.
5. Third-Party Integrations & Accounts
Our platform allows you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google/Gmail, Meta/WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI).
You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.
dissolveX AI Solutions is not liable for any service interruptions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party providers (such as Meta or Google) on your connected accounts.
6. User Data & Privacy
By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all data (including user data, variables, and client info) you upload or provide is accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
7. Payment, Subscriptions, and Fees

Failure to make timely payments may result in immediate service suspension or termination.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data corruption, network failure, or loss of business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dissolvex Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services.

All content, visual editor design, system software, trademarks, logos, and materials provided through our services are owned by Dissolvex Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on any of our intellectual property.
